Element Motorcycle Leather Jacket
1.2mm - 1.3mm highly resistant genuine cowhide leather. CE protectors at back, shoulders and elbows. Water-proof YKK Zip. Internal and external pockets.
Specifications and Construction Details:
Motorcycle rider jacket is manufactured with high quality selected leather, which is specially made for motorcycle jacket.
Internally shoulder and elbow CE approved protection are applied.
Foam padding is applied to the elbow to reduce the impact of the crash.
The sleeves are pre-curved for best riding position.
Critical places of jacket are dual and triple stitched for jacket durability.
YKK zipper is applied to securely close the jacket.
Dual density armors (removable) are used to protect the shoulders and elbows.
A dual density spine protector (removable) is used for protect the back.
For the Safety of neck and backbone added the Aerodynamic extended speed hump. (as per design)(optional)
Jacket Outer Shell:
Motorcycle Race Jacket is manufactured from high quality top grain cowhide leather with a thickness of 1.2mm to 1.3mm.
Stretch Kevlar is applied to specific places of the sleeves and cuffs to make the jacket comfortable and flexible.
For external protection CE Approved Protectors are placed on shoulder and elbow.
The jacket has front and cuffs YKK zips for easy wearing and closing.
Velcro straps are placed on the neck and cuffs to keep the jacket zips tightly closed.
Soft neoprene is added in collar and cuffs construction according to the design of the jacket.
Jacket Inner Shell:
Polyester mesh lining is applied inside the motorcycle jacket.
Inside the jacket, dual density removable armor CE approved is fitted on the shoulder and elbow.
Inside the jacket, dual density spine protector (removable) is used for protect the back.
Inside the jacket, for the safety of neck and backbone added the Aerodynamic extended speed hump. (as per design)(Optional)
Inside the Jacket, a pocket of mesh is also attached to the left side.
