Are the leathers safe for track day use?
The Cowhide (and Kangaroo) leather options is perfect for road and track day use as they are supplied with CE approved armour inserts. The Standard leather option is generally low speed road touring and occasional usage

Can I collect from depot as I’m not available during the day at home?
Unfortunately we are unable to personally contact local courier depots due to logistics. However if you do need to arrange collection, please make this request directly to the courier when they contact you after the first delivery attempts have been made or from the missed delivery calling card. Contact us if you have trouble contacting the courier so that we may assist you to the best of our ability

Can I collect or try on size at your retail shop/outlet?
We are a wholly online internet based setup therefore do not operate via a retail outlet, which allows us to keep our prices low. For sizing please follow our size guide or email us for personal guidance and advise on sizing and product assistance

Can I simply come over to your address to see your products?
We are closed to the general public. Our products are either warehouse stored or are supplied to order so are not on display at our administrative office address.

Can the leathers be supplied with CE approved Armour?
Yes if you chose the premium or Elite leather option then your leathers will come supplied with CE approved armour inserts as part of the deal, with up-gradable Armour insert options

Do I need to order a design from the Dimension Leather (website)?
No, if you have another design you would like to order please email all the details to [email protected]

Do you offer a design service?
Yes, we have professional designers to help bring your design to life! Our design service is free of charge and includes a 3D Mock-up of the artwork and as many changes as required to create your unique team wear, apparel or merchandise

Do your leather suits have a full connecting zip?
Yes, as long as the jacket and trouser chosen are ordered together as a 2 piece suit and (ideally) in the same size or no more than one size difference apart, then it will get both full connection length zip as well as an 8" universal connecting zip. For example you can match a (L) jacket to an (M, L or XL) trouser or visa versa to get a ¾ zip. However if you chose an (XL) Trouser with a (M) jacket, it will only get an 8" rear connecting zip. (note: some designs do not allow for mixed jacket and trouser sizes. This will be identifiable from the product description. Of course there are also 1 piece suits that do not have a connecting zip

How do i clean my motorcycle boots?
When dirty, boots are best cleaned using a soapy damp sponge or cloth. Never clean the boots with strong cleaning agents or solvents, always use mild cleaning agents to prevent weakening the materials and affecting the colour and finish of the plastic. After cleaning, use a cloth to wipe away any surface water and then place the boots on their sides to dry naturally. Do not attempt to dry the boots using excessive heat. Finish with a specialist leather care product.

How do I know my order has been processed?
We will send you a 'In Production' notification within 72 hours of received payment which indicates your order is going through our system and is in progress either at the Factory or with courier

How do I know when my order has been shipped?
Once your order has been shipped from our end we will send you a dispatch notification giving an estimate timeframe for delivery

I received an error on my order, what can I do to fix this?
We are all human and understand errors can occur. Our suits, jackets do go through an extensive quality assurance test prior to shipping to limit these errors. However, if something still went wrong contact our awesome customer service team to review and provide you with quick and east resolutions. What if I have not received my delivery after 14-21 working days?
Firstly, check status of delivery using your tracking details. It may be the courier may have attempted delivery and has either had trouble finding your address or has not found anyone available to accept delivery on your behalf as it must be signed for. They will contact you on the daytime contact number you provided upon order. Failing that, contact us confirming your address and send us your best reachable daytime telephone number. We will pass this on to the courier service who will attempt contact with you directly to rearrange delivery. Please bear in mind this process may take a few days, and that we do not retain information on local courier collection depots

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept online payment by Credit, Debit Card and PayPal. If you encounter any issues and are unable to pay online, we can take secure virtual terminal payments manually over the phone by calling us on +92 333 8650745

What sizes do you offer?
We offer all the sizes according to both, American and European approach. But even if you do not find your desired size on the list, you can always use the utility of “complete customization”. Here is our chart for European, USA, and International Approach.

What's the best way to clean my gloves?

For best results wipe clean only

What’s the best way to clean my leathers?
For best results remove what dirt you can with a damp cloth & warm water. To further restore and protect we recommend using Motul M3 Perfect Leather. Use on dry leather to cleanse, nourish and revive, as well as protect against external wear, prolonging leather life and waterproofing. When will my order get shipped?
If you have ordered non-leather apparel, biker gloves, motorcycle boots or accessories, this usually takes 6-10 working days for mainland UK delivery. For all other bulky leather purchases i.e. suits, jackets and trousers, delivery is on average 14-21 business days from date of payment (this extends to 30 days international orders)

Where are your products made?
80% of the gear sold by us is designed and Made in Pakistan by a selection of industry approved proven ISO quality controlled suppliers, and the other 20% is from either China or sourced within the Other Countries.

Why does it take 14-21 business days for delivery of your leather motorcycle suits, jackets or trousers?
We are a direct online retailer and in order to keep prices low we often process and dispatch orders to be sent directly from our international factory base on a supply to order basis. This is reflected in the low upfront purchase prices for you to enjoy for our leather apparel.

Why is there a surcharge for 2XL+ sizes?
The surcharge is a manufacturing supplier on cost due to additional leather material used on product in those sizes. The cost also covers the added weight for shipping and additional raw materials cost.
