Shipping Policy
Orders are produced on demand and shipped directly from the manufacturing unit.
Regular sized order has a lead time of 8 to 10 working days after receiving and confirming your order which you may choose to consider for your order.
For Made to measure, Custom Made & back orders it takes about 2 to 3 weeks to complete and after confirmed details to ship.

Shipping is calculated in checkout, deepening on weight and shipping destination.
The length of time for delivery transit varies according to the location of the delivery, but in general, delivery can be expected in 3 to 10 working days.
Provide contact number along with shipping address to courier company.
No handling charges & taxes are inclusive for all items.
Import duties or customs taxes may be demanded in our country/territory, which we have no control over.
Custom clearing here may take longer than in some countries. This may delay the delivery. We ask you to wait for a few extra days if so, or contact local authorities.
If a shipment is rejected due to clearance charges, the fees incurred in the process will be charged to you.
Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes in any of our delivery services.
All the best with our products and services. We have quality checks and cross-checks of all products before sending them out to you. However, there may be instances where you might need to Return or Replace the item; well for aspects that need to be taken care of, All orders to us are made to order, and there is a 20% restocking fee and shipping charges for returns made with the intention of replacement.
You have a return window of 30 days. This means you can return your ordered item anytime within 30 days of receiving it. Below are the terms and conditions based on which you can return your items for an exchange.
The item should be in the original condition (as received, unused or unworn, with tags, in original packaging).
You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon reception, and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received it in error, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Products sold in SALE & DISCOUNT are Non-Refundable unless if it has a defect in the product.
Made to Measure & Full Customized Leathers are not refundable, however, they can be modified.
No items that are worn or altered can be returned.
No return/replacement can be made for customer's order of more than two products in a single order number. Ideally, such products should not have a resale value and returned in case they have not been sold. Further, discourage the practice of trying to place orders for several products and then actually only ordering one.
Exchanges
All our orders are made to order and will carry a 20% restocking fee plus shipping charges to facilitate return for an exchange in size.
Refunds
Accept refunds only If the product is defected or damaged. As soon as we receive and check your return, we will notify you concerning your refund. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it might take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
