Our Flat Track racing suit is engineered specifically for the unique demands of Flat Track competition. It features an outside-the-boot fit, reduced arm curvature for better control, no internal shoulder armor, and no knee-slider Velcro. Riders can also choose the suit with or without a speed hump.
Available in premium cowhide leather or lightweight kangaroo leather, the suit can be fully integrated with the Alpinestars Tech-Air System for advanced impact protection.
Choose from our Semi-Custom designs or create a Fully Custom suit tailored to your exact specifications. You can also upgrade the standard SAS-TEC armor to Paramount armor for enhanced protection
Flat Track riders can download the blank worksheet, print it out, and create their own sketch as they like. After completing it, please email it to us at the address below. Our professional designer will then convert your hand-drawn sketch into a computerised design for your approval.

Our Flat Track Racing Suit is a piece of race wear designed specifically for this demanding sport for super-comfortable fits over the boots, and its straighter arm design adds freedom of movement. This racing suit is designed without any internal shoulder armor or knee slider Velcro to support maximum maneuverability. It can also be customized aerodynamically with or without a speed hump.

Designed for flat track racing, Dimension Leathers Flat tracksuits are available in cowhide and kangaroo leathers. The oldest type of motorcycle race in the United States, it has existed since the beginning of the 1900s. Even today, with racing revival, the roots of Flat Track remains deeply embedded.
Flat Tracksuit has witnessed a remarkable transformation in the last few years. Thus, today's Flat Tracksuits are miles away from being similar to the conventional flat tracksuits used some decades ago. New materials, advanced patterning and stretch panel positioning, armors, airbags, and fit requirements have made Flat Tracksuits as technologically progressive as those currently used in Road Racing. There are no inserted internal shoulder armor or knee slider Velcro in the Flat Track-specific suit and is offered without the speed hump' for those who would prefer to ride without it.
Race Flat Track wear, too, must be pre-curved in working. Sleeves and legs have a knee-elbow curve of pre-curve in riding posture. The pre-curve form of motorcycle helps handle easily and makes relax rider. Besides, pre-curved racing suits ensure smooth blood circulation in the bodies of riders to keep them engaged and full of energy.
Dimensions Leathers have Race Flat tracksuits made to a rider's individual specifications for dimensions, riding posture, and race specifications, providing the best fit of all. Suits of the elite WSBK and MotoGP riders are made to measure.
A suit should be plated for the comfort of a rider along with certified level 1 or 2 protection; this is always the better alternative. Yes, sometimes the extra cost has to be incurred for these benefits, but it is worth it, as safety comes first for any rider
