2. Our Right to Refuse an Order
Dimension Leathers reserves the right to decline any order for several reasons, including but not limited to:
Limited or unavailable stock at the time of purchase.
Delivery restrictions or locations we cannot service.
Pricing errors caused by system issues, typographical mistakes, or incorrect supplier information.
If we refuse your order, we will notify you by email and issue a full refund within 14 days. However, we will not provide any additional compensation.

All product prices displayed on our website represent the total amount payable for your order.
In addition, delivery charges may apply depending on your location and order details, and we clearly display these charges on our website.
All orders are processed in USD. Therefore, any currency conversions shown on the website remain approximate and may vary slightly between order placement and dispatch.
4. Your Right to Cancel
You may cancel your order within three working days from the day after you place the order. Moreover, you do not need to provide an explanation or pay any penalty.
You must submit cancellations in writing via email.
If goods have already been delivered, you must return them at your own cost and risk. Therefore, do not open or use the goods if you intend to return them.
Custom-made, tailored, or made-to-measure products remain non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect delivery.
We will issue refunds within 14 days of cancellation.
However, if returned goods show damage, wear, or improper condition, Dimension Leathers reserves the right to deduct recovery or repair costs before issuing a refund.
5. Delivery of Goods
We will deliver orders to the shipping address you provide at checkout.
Delivery timelines vary; however, we aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, typically within 21 days of confirmation.
Ownership transfers to you upon delivery. From that moment onward, you assume full responsibility for the products.
6. Returns & Replacements
We strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Therefore, our team inspects each product through multiple quality checks before dispatch.
Since we make every order to order, replacements require a 20% restocking fee plus shipping charges.
We accept return, replacement, or refund requests within 14 days of delivery.
The customer remains responsible for all shipping and handling costs related to returns or replacements.
Items purchased during SALE or DISCOUNT promotions remain non-refundable unless defective.
Similarly, custom-fit and fully customized suits or garments are non-returnable and non-refundable.
7. Fraud Prevention
By placing an order, you authorize Dimension Leathers to conduct necessary anti-fraud checks.
Accordingly, we may share your information with authorized fraud-prevention or credit-reference agencies for identity verification. These checks do not affect your credit score. Furthermore, we handle all personal data securely and in full compliance with data protection regulations.

9. Events Beyond Our Control

English law governs and interprets all contracts and disputes. Furthermore, English courts hold jurisdiction over the resolution of any disputes.
11. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service Dimension Leathers, together with pricing details, delivery information, and our privacy policy, form the entire agreement between Dimension Leathers and the customer.
Therefore, no verbal statement from any representative may alter these terms.
Except in cases of fraud, we do not accept liability for misinterpretations or unauthorized statements made outside this agreement.
